There are many design templates (called themes) for WordPress and more being created on a regular basis. I prefer the Cadillac of themes called Thesis but there are many others. There are free themes but I don’t recommend them as they may not have been fully developed and likely have limited or no support. There are many quality and great looking themes available for a very small fee.
